MHTF - HP - Marissa (family), part 3

Now that you've successfully finished the second part of your practice case, the third and final part is to exit "Marissa" and her kids from your project on the training site. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

  Please watch this interactive training. You can go at your own pace, but it typically takes 10-20 minutes. It goes through all of the steps required to record an exit for a client in your project.
• Training Video #2: Recording Financial Assistance Services at Exit (password: ServicePoint)
  This video, which is less than 2 minutes, simply goes over the steps to record financial assistance services at exit.
• Practice Case: Marissa's family, part 3 (pdf)
  Utilize the information on this form to complete the exit assessment for Marissa.
