We briefly reviewed ICA's new communication plan going forward. 

Getting Support from ICA

We discussed the three different ways users can get initial support from ICA for their HMIS questions. The three different methods include:

• Emailing the helpdesk (mohmis@icalliances.org)
• Leaving a voicemail for the helpdesk (573-469-2082)
• Accessing the knowledge base (icamissouri.helpscoutdocs.com)

2021 Point-in-Time and Housing Inventory Count

We provided a brief overview of changes that ICA is making compared to the 2020 PIT/HIC.
