Now that you've successfully finished the second part of your practice case, the third and final part is to exit the clients from your project on the training site. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

  Please watch this training video. It will go over exiting your client from your Homeless Prevention project (approx. 7 minutes)

  Utilize the information on this form to complete the exit assessment.
