HUD Carlton (single), part 3 (ES/TH)

Now that you've successfully finished the second part of your practice case, the third and final part is to exit "Carlton" from your project on the training site. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

  Please watch this training video. It is about five minutes long and goes through all of the steps required to exit a client. You can watch it as many times as you need to. 
• Practice Case: Carlton (ES/TH), part 3
  Utilize the information on this form to complete the exit assessment for Carlton.
