HUD Catherine (family), part 1 (housing, PSH services)

The first part of your practice case is to enter the clients into the training site. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

  Please watch this training video. It goes through all of the steps required to record an entry for a client in your project and lasts approximately 22 minutes.    

• Workflow: Client Workflow for Families in HUD Projects (pdf)

  This workflow guides you through the steps of entering, updating, and exiting clients from HUD-funded projects. We strongly encourage you to utilize this document while entering your practice case, and that you keep it handy while you finish the entire practice case and while entering real clients into the live site.

• Practice Case: Catherine (family) Housing w/ PSH services , part 1

  This form should be treated as if it were an intake form. Utilize the information on the form to create the client records and enter the clients into the project.
