STL County CE - Sebastian, Part 1

All applicable steps of this practice case must be completed satisfactorily by [DATE] at 5pm or your training will be closed, and a designated authorized representative of your agency will need to re-submit the required forms for you to be trained, at which point you will be required to start over from the beginning. 

During this part of the practice case, you'll be creating Sebastian's family in the training site, then creating an entry record for Sebastian and answering all of the applicable questions based upon the information provided in the practice case scenario. Make sure you utilize Enter Data As and properly set your back date before entering any data into the system.
