Great work! Now that you've finished the second part of your practice case, the third and final part is below. 

In this part of the practice case, you'll be recording an exit from coordinated entry for Sebastian and his family as they were able to become housed independently of coordinated entry. As always, make sure you utilize Enter Data As and properly set your back date before entering any data into the system.
