The first part of your practice case is to enter the clients into both joint component projects in the training site. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

The video serves as an overview of HMIS data entry considerations for joint component projects and features demonstrations of project entries, updates, and exits for three scenarios.   This comprehensive workflow guides you through all the steps of entering, updating, and exiting clients from YHDP-funded joint component projects. We strongly encourage you to utilize this document while entering your practice case, and to keep it handy while you finish the entire practice case and while entering real clients into the live site. NOTE: Part 1 of this practice case aligns with the Entry section of the document's Scenario 1: (client accepts both TH and RRH).
