YHDP Charlie (family), part 2 (TH-RRH)

Now that you've finished the first part of your practice case, the second part is to record an interim review for the clients in each joint component project in the training site. Please note, the client does not have a move-in date at this time. To assist you in doing so, we've developed the following training materials and guides:

  • Training Video: YHDP Joint Component TH-RRH Projects (password: ServicePoint)

For part 2 of this practice case, you can follow along in the video from the time 40:30 to 51:05 for recording an interim update and changes. NOTE: This portion of the training video only shows an interim update for a RRH project and includes a housing move-in date; however, in part 2 of this practice case, you will need to update both the TH and RRH projects and you will need to leave the move-in date empty.

  • Workflow: Client Workflow for Families in YHDP Joint Component TH-RRH Projects (pdf)

This comprehensive workflow guides you through all the steps of entering, updating, and exiting clients from YHDP-funded joint component projects. We strongly encourage you to utilize this document while entering your practice case, and to keep it handy while you finish the entire practice case and while entering real clients into the live site. NOTE: Part 2 of this practice case aligns with the Update section of the document's Scenario 1: (client accepts both TH and RRH).

  • Tip Sheet: Updating HUD Verifications (pdf)

This tip sheet guides you through the steps of updating records for income, benefits, health insurance, and/or disabilities. We strongly encourage you to utilize this document while recording this interim review.
