Enter Data As

When inputting data into WellSky Community Services, remember to always select the correct "Enter Data As", or EDA, project/provider. Each project is set up to specifically meet all your needs when it comes to the correct assessment, workflow, etc. If you fail to use the EDA function, much of the data you record will not populate into the reports for your provider/project, or WellSky Community Services may not function as smoothly as possible.

Setting your Enter Data As

Once you have clicked the Enter Data As button, a box will appear with all the providers/projects for which you have EDA rights. Click the green plus symbol to select the correct provider/project. Once this is done, you can begin to enter client data into WellSky Community Services.

If you work with multiple projects within your agency, you will have multiple listed - like the example above. If this is the case, make sure to change your selected EDA every time you are entering data for a different project. Remember that the end user is ultimately responsible for the data quality of any data being entered into the HMIS software.
