BoS CoC CES Level 4 Access Point, Part 2 (Clyde w/ services)

Now that you've finished the first part of your practice case, the second part is to record two separate interim reviews. One interim review will document that the client successfully obtained shelter and the second interim review will document that the client was referred to an opening in a permanent housing program during case conferencing. To assist you, we've developed the following training materials and guides:
