SSVF DQ Report Guide
The SSVF DQ Report is a supplemental report that captures all of the required additional data elements only for SSVF providers and should be used in conjunction with other DQ reports. This report will show flags for data quality errors and can be run for one or more providers for the desired date range. This report can only be run for SSVF projects.

Setting the Prompts
Prompt | Instructions |
Select Provider(s): | Select the project(s) for which you wish to run the report. Note: If this prompt is completed, the "Select Reporting Group" prompt must be left to "none selected" or left incomplete (blank). |
Select CoC Code(s): | This prompt is for use by ICA System Administrators only. Leave set to "none selected." |
Select Reporting Group(s): | Select the reporting group for which you wish to run the report. Note: If this prompt is completed, the "Select Provider(s):" prompt must be left to "none selected" or left incomplete (blank). |
EDA Provider | If only one project is selected in the "Select Provider(s):" prompt above, select the same project here. If more than one project is selected in the "Select Provider(s):" prompt or if a reporting group has been selected in "Select Reporting Group:" prompt, then select one of the projects within the selected projects or reporting group. |
Enter Start Date: | Enter the start date for the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2020-6/30/2021, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2020. |
Enter End Date (PLUS 1 Day): | Enter the date after the last date of the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2020-6/30/2021, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2021. |
Using the Report
This report has 2 tabs, each serving a specific purpose.
SSVF Data Tab
This tab shows the required data elements and highlights any potential data quality issues.
Possible data quality flags you may see:
- If a field is missing data that is required it will show missing. A few explanations for some are below.
- Last Grade Completed - Entry: If the client is an Adult or labeled as Head of Household it will be flagged if the data element is missing.
- Employed? (Entry): If the client is an Adult or labeled as Head of Household it will be flagged if the data element is missing.
- If yes, type?: If the employed data element is yes but type is not filled out it will be flagged as missing
- If no, why not?: If the employed data element is no but reason is not filled out it will be flagged as missing
- Connection with SOAR - Entry: Required for Adults and will show missing if data element is blank
- All data elements under Veteran Information
- If the client is a veteran then all data elements are required and will show missing if the data element is blank
- Percentage of AMI: This data element is required for all Head of Households and will show missing if the data element is blank
- HP Applicant Total Points: If the client is Head of Household and the program type is Homelessness Prevention then this data element is required and will show missing if the data element is blank
- Grantee Targeting Threshold Score: If the client is Head of Household and the program type is Homelessness Prevention then this data element is required and will show missing if the data element is blank
- Victim/Survivor?: If the client is an Adult or labeled as Head of Household it will be flagged if the data element is missing.
- If yes, when occurred?: If Victim/Survivor is yes but when it occurred is not filled out it will be flagged as missing
- If yes, currently fleeing?: If Victim/Survivor is yes but currently fleeing is not filled out it will be flagged as missing
- If the age is below 0 or over 105 the writing will show up in red to indicate there may be an error in the entry
- VAMC Station Number: This data element will flag in red if the location is not in Missouri
- If there is more than one HoH, no HoH, or no veteran in household then the data element will be flagged in red.
Additional Information
This tab contains information about the report that can be utilized by ICA staff to determine whether the report was run properly by the user. If you seek assistance with this report from the ICA Missouri Helpdesk, please be prepared to read/send information off of this tab to the individual who assists you.

Include the name and date of the BusinessObjects report as it appears in your BI Inbox in your request for assistance. Do not attach the report to any emails going to the helpdesk as the report contains personally identifying information and cannot be transmitted unless encrypted.
