MoHIP Coordinated Entry Report - St. Louis City
This report is to be run by each MoHIP funded Coordinated Entry project in the St. Louis City CoC and submitted to MHDC each billing cycle. Agencies must run the MoHIP Coordinated Entry report specific to your CoC.

Setting the Prompts
| Prompt | Instructions |
| Select Agency's Front Door Project: | Select the project for which you wish to run the report. |
| EDA Provider | Select the project for which you wish to run the report. |
| Enter Start Date: | Enter the start date for the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2024-6/30/2025, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2024. |
| Enter effective date | Enter the date after the last date of the reporting period in M/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2024-6/30/2025, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2025. |
Using the Report
This report has three tabs, each serving a specific purpose.
Report Summary
This tab includes agency information, report information and it reports the number of clients assessed for prevention & diversion, those successfully diverted, new clients placed on the prioritization list, and all clients active on the list during the reporting period, as well as information about referrals to housing made by the selected provider during the reporting period.
Metrics are calculated as follows.

| Households Added to Prioritization List by Selected Agency | Clients who have an Entry Date to the City CE Provider within the report period and the user that created the Entry/Exit is associated with the agency of the provider from the "Select Agency's Front Door Project:" prompt. |
| Households Updated on Prioritization List by Selected Agency | Clients who had an interim update made to their entry to the City CE Provider where the user that updated the Entry/Exit is associated with the agency of the provider from the "Select Agency's Front Door Project:" prompt, or the client had a Current Living Situation recorded during the report period by the provider from the "Select Agency's Front Door Project:" prompt. |
| Total Households on Prioritization List Associated with Selected Agency | Clients with an active enrollment in the City CE Provider during the report period. |
| Housing Referrals | Clients for whom a referral for housing was made during the report period.
For the DOORWAYS Front Door project, referrals are from the DOORWAYS Front Door project and to a DOORWAYS housing project. For the YWCA Front Door project, referrals are from the CE Manager project to a YWCA housing project. For the Youth in Need Front Door project, referrals are from the CE Manager project to a youth housing project. For the St. Patrick Center Front Door project, referrals are from the CE Manager project to any housing project. |
Client Detail
This tab lists the IDs of clients that were added to, updated, or removed from the prioritization list and the number of interactions the agency had with the client during the report period.
Referral Detail
This tab lists the IDs of clients that received housing referrals and the referral outcome information.
Need Assistance?
If you need assistance running the report, understanding the information in the report, or troubleshooting potential errors, please reach out to the ICA Missouri Helpdesk. Include the name and date of the BusinessObjects report as it appears in your BI Inbox in your request for assistance. Do not attach the report to any emails going to the helpdesk as the report contains personally identifying information and cannot be transmitted unless encrypted.
