Using ICA's APR Visualization Tool

This tip sheet assumes you've already downloaded your APR from WellSky Community Services. For instructions on running and downloading your APR, click here. 

ICA's APR Visualization tool is designed to assist users in understanding the different parts of the Annual Performance Report. While the APR does not contain information about specific clients, it is a valuable tool that allows you to better understand the population your project serves. 

Uploading your APR to ICA's APR Visualization Tool

• Open ICA's APR Visualization Tool

• Click the Browse... button. 

  

• Browse to the .zip file you downloaded that contains the 66 CSV files and open it. The APR Visualization Tool will automatically process your APR. 
• Once the APR visualization tool loads (it should only take a second or two), summary information about the project will populate on the right hand side of the screen. 
• You can then use the buttons along the top of the screen to explore different parts of the APR. The APR contains information about data quality, clients served, client demographics, point-in-time information, disabilities, residence prior, income sources, non-cash and health insurance information, length of participation, and exit destinations.
