RHYMIS Export Workflow
Note: Before creating your RHY export, you must ensure that your data meets the minimum completeness threshold by reviewing the 0263 - RHY Data Completeness-Quality Report - v3 in BusinessObjects. Contact the helpdesk for guidance on how to run this report.
To run the report in ServicePoint
- Select Reports on the right hand menu to open the Report
- Under Provider Report, click on Rhymis Export
- Click Start New Export
- Add a Name to the report (Per FYSB requirements the naming convention is as follows Grant ID_Project Name_Project Type_Fiscal Year_ User Name)
- Optional: Add a description
- Entry Data Type: select RHY and/or HUD, as appropriate
- Provider Type: select Provider or Reporting Group, as appropriate
- If your project is a RHY Transitional Living Program that is separate in HMIS by "scatter" or "site" housing type, please select Reporting Group
- Choose the Provider or the Reporting Group
- If your project is a RHY Transitional Living Program that is separate in HMIS by "scatter" or "site" housing type, search the reporting groups by your Agency's name to find the RHY Transitional option.
- If your project is a RHY Transitional Living Program that is separate in HMIS by "scatter" or "site" housing type, search the reporting groups by your Agency's name to find the RHY Transitional option.
- Enter the appropriate Start Date
- Enter the appropriate End Date
- Click Run Export
Periodically click refresh to update the Status column until the status says Complete.
To export the ServicePoint report
- Click on the magnifying glass to view the Export Details
- Click Download Results to export the data
- Save the .zip file to your computer and label with the FYSB approved naming convention (Grant ID_Project Name_Project Type_Fiscal Year_ User Name)
- The .zip export contains 17 .csv files. Do not change any of the data in these files or the names of these files.
- Upload the .zip file to RHYMIS Repository per FYSB guidance
