ICA Missouri RHY Report Workflow

This report allows for agencies to review RHY-specific data elements and is intended to be used for both data quality and to assess program outcomes. This report includes only RHY clients who are the Head of Household.

Setting the Prompts

Prompt Instructions
EDA Provider If only one project is selected in the "Enter value(s) for Entry Exit Provider Id:" prompt, select the same project here. 
If more than one project is selected in the "Enter value(s) for Entry Exit Provider Id:" prompt, then select one of these projects.
Enter effective date Enter the date after the last date of the reporting period in M/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2020-6/30/2021, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2021.
Enter value(s) for Entry Exit Provider Id: Select the project(s) for which you wish to run the report. 
Select Start Date: Enter the start date for the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2020-6/30/2021, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2020.
Select Report End Date PLUS One Day: Enter the date after the last date of the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. For example, if you're running a report for 7/1/2020-6/30/2021, the date entered in this box would be 7/1/2021.

Using the Report

This report has 7 tabs, each serving a specific purpose.

Summary Tab

This tab gives an overview of client data during the relevant time period, including total youth served and total count responses to RHY-specific questions

Client Detail

This tab displays select data elements for all clients enrolled &/or exit in the program during the relevant period.

  • The cells of fields with missing data have red text.
  • If the missing information is known, navigate to these data elements in the client profile and make appropriate changes.
  • The cells of fields with data not collected will be highlighted in blue.

Exploitation

This tab displays select data elements for clients reporting an affirmative response to any of the exploitation questions at exit.

Changes in Education & Employment

This tab gives an overview of exited clients’ responses to education and employment information at the time of entry and exit. Responses at exit that are different than responses at entry are highlighted in pink.

Changes in Health Status

This tab gives an overview of exited clients’ responses to health information at the time of entry and exit. Responses at exit that are different than responses at entry are highlighted in pink.

Income Information

This tab looks at data quality of responses for sources of income. Responses indicated Earned Income but not employed are highlighted in pink.

RHY Eligibility Information

This tab looks at data quality of responses at entry related to BCP RHY eligibility questions.

  • The cells of fields with missing data have red text.
  • If the missing information is known, navigate to these data elements in the client profile and make appropriate changes.
  • The cells of fields with data not collected will be highlighted in blue.

Need Assistance?

If you need assistance running the report, understanding the information in the report, or troubleshooting potential errors, please reach out to the ICA Missouri Helpdesk. Include the name and date of the BusinessObjects report as it appears in your BI Inbox in your request for assistance. Do not attach the report to any emails going to the helpdesk as the report contains personally identifying information and cannot be transmitted unless encrypted.
