BoS Prioritization List Report
It is recommended that all users of the BoS Prioritization List review the training for entering data for BoS Coordinated Entry so that they understand how the data elements used in this report are entered into the system.

Setting the Prompts
Prompt | Instructions |
EDA Provider | Leave the EDA Provider prompt set to Default Provider |
Enter effective date | Enter the date after the last date of the reporting period in m/d/yyyy format. |
Select All Counties in Region: | Use this prompt to select all counties for which you wish to pull the prioritization list. Use the Search field and enter "Region 1", "Region 2", etc. to quickly pull all counties in a region. Leave blank if you are running this report by using the "Select Provider(s):" prompt. |
Using the Report
This report pulls all clients who are currently located in or willing to relocate to the counties included in the report prompts. Clients have been prioritized based on the Order of Priority adopted by the Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care.
Visual Indicators
- Red font with yellow background is used to indicate clients who have a Prior Living Situation that does not meet the criteria for Category 1 homelessness (literally homeless) or Category 4 homelessness (fleeing domestic violence).
- If the client did in fact meet the criteria for Category 1 or Category 4 homelessness when the intake was completed, then the Prior Living Situation and/or DV information needs to be updated to reflect that.
- If the clients did not meet the criteria for Category 1 or Category 4 homelessness, then they need to be removed from the Prioritization List because they are not eligible to be prioritized for Rapid ReHousing and Permanent Supportive Housing resources.
