St. Louis CITY C.E.: Data Quality Report

The St Louis CITY C.E.: Data Quality Report displays relevant client data and identifies data quality issues for open Coordinated Entry enrollments. The following document guides users through Scheduling the report, Downloading the Report into Excel and Using the Report.

Setting the Prompts

Prompt Instructions
EDA Provider Set to CITY St. Louis - CITY Coordinated Entry(1470).
Enter effective date: Enter the current date.
Select All Providers: Select the agency and all relevant providers required for your report. 
Note: This prompt controls how the report filters for the Agency Placing Client on List, CLS Verified by Provider Case Manager Provider and Last Contact Provider. The agency and providers selected will appear in at least one of these columns, but not necessarily all of these columns. 

Using the Report

This report has 2 tabs, each serving a specific purpose.

Project Start DQ

This tab reports Coordinated Entry(CE) relevant enrollment information and data quality issues by client for the selected agency and providers. This tab organizes CE data into four sections:

  • CE ENTRY
  • CLIENT PROFILE
  • PROJECT START (Current Living Situation and Veteran Screening)
  • HOUSEHOLD CE DETAILS (Risk Medical/Frailty Matrix and Eligibility Questionnaire)
Information about select columns used to identify data quality issues or columns unique to this data quality report is provided below. This is not a comprehensive list of all data included in the report

CE Entry

Column Name DQ Details
Selected Agency/Providers Columns                    Displays the column locations for the agency and any of the providers selected in the Select All Providers report prompt.
The column locations are Agency Placing on List, Last Contact Provider, Case Manager Provider and CLS Verified By Provider

CE Client Status Displays Housing or Missing
Date Added to the List Displays red date text when client has multiple open entries
Current PL Tab Displays Missing when field is blank
Relationship to HoH Error Indicates clients with Head of Household (HoH) issues.
Types of issues :
  • Multi HoH- More than one client in a household is flagged as the HoH
  • No HoH- No HoH selected.
Multiple Open Entries Indicates (X) clients with multiple open project entries
DQ Error Review - CE Entry DQ Error Review columns count DQ issues for a section. This column counts CE ENTRY DQ issues.

Last Contact Provider Displays Missing when field is blank
Last CE Update Type Displays Missing when field is blank
Prior Living Situation Displays Missing when field is blank

Approximate Date of Homelessness Displays Missing when field is blank
Regardless of Last Night, Number
of Times on the Street in the Last 3 Years
Displays Missing when field is blank
Total Months on the Street in the Last 3 Years Displays Missing when field is blank
DQ Error Review - Client Profile DQ Error Review columns count DQ issues for a section. This column counts CLIENT PROFILE DQ issues.

Project Start > Current Living Situation and Veteran Screening

CLS Verified By Displays Missing when field is blank
Current Living Situation Displays Missing when field is blank
CLS Start Date Displays Missing when field is blank
Veteran Status Displays Missing when field is blank or red text in a highlighted cell if answers are inconsistent with subsequent Veteran Screening answers
DQ Error Review - Project Start                                              DQ Error Review columns count DQ issues for a section. This column counts PROJECT START DQ issues.

Household CE Details > Risk/Medical Frailty(RFS) Matrix

Column Name DQ Details
All medical conditions (Chronic Lung to Liver)       Displays Missing when fields are blank
Doctor Seen? Displays Missing when field is blank if any previous medical conditions are "Yes"
Medications taken as Prescribed Displays Missing when field is blank if any previous medical conditions are "Yes"
Medical Services - ER Displays Missing when field is blank
Medical Services - Ambulance Displays Missing when field is blank if Medical Services -ER is not equal to "0 times"
All frailty conditions (Felonies to Foster Care) Displays Missing when fields are blank
DQ Error Review - Household CE Details/RFS DQ Error Review columns count DQ issues for a section. This column counts HOUSEHOLD DETAILS/ RFS DQ issues.

This tab contains information about the report that can be utilized by ICA staff to determine whether the report was run properly by the user.
