Submitting Reports to DHS

The process for submitting reports to DHS has been updated as of June 2025. Agencies are now required to submit their reports via form each month. In this form, you will enter key metrics from each report as well as upload copies of the summary data of the report.

Forms are required to be submitted by the 15th of the month with reports for the month prior.
